Join us for an evening with Damion Searls, author of The Inkblots: Hermann Rorschach, His Iconic Test, and The Power of Seeing. The book chronicles the history of the Rorschach Test and is the first biography of its creator, Hermann Rorschach.

Searls grew up in New York City, studied German philosophy at Harvard and American literature at UC Berkeley, and has received numerous writing and translating awards. He has translated many classic modern writers, including Proust, Rilke, and Nietzsche, among many others. He lives with his wife and son in Brooklyn.
